Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing design for this new medical office building, on the campus of Adventist’s Tillamook County General Hospital, which accommodates 12 providers.


Technology is a key feature of the facility, and future technology changes are accommodated, including informational monitors, flexibility / adaptability for computers in exam rooms, and adjustable workstations to accommodate correct ergonomic practices.


Curry Medical Center – Brookings, OR


Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing design for this new hospital, which provides this Southern Oregon region with significantly expanded healthcare services.


Includes a laboratory, infusion services, imaging, and orthopedic, pediatric, and family practice clinics.

Woodburn WellSpring Medical Center – Silverton Hospital

Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing design for this freestanding health and wellness center, designed for Silverton Hospital, completely transforming the shell of a defunct retail chain store.


Complementing the hospital’s customary services, it provides integrative medicine, aesthetics/dermatology/spa, NW style bistro, health retail, PT/rehabilitation, conference center, fitness center, health education, urgent care, healthy weight, and healing gardens.


Cascades of the Sierras – Spanish Springs, NV


Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing design for a new 243,000 square foot facility with independent living, assisted living, and memory care.


Located in a new development outside Sparks, this Continuing Care Retirement Community is situated on seven acres with 120 Congregate Care units, 96 Assisted Living units, and a Memory Care wing for 24 residents.




Oregon Dept of Veterans Affairs – Edward C. Allworth Veteran’s Home


Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing design for a new 154-bed skilled nursing facility, including SEED study.


Set within a 12-acre campus environment that emphasizes independence and interpersonal connections.

This park-like campus contains four “neighborhoods,” clusters of small residential buildings connected by a spine of shared program space.

A central community building contains all administration offices, as well as a bistro, a physical therapy center, a large activity room and adjacent lounge, a chapel and library, staff lounges and lockers.


Marquis Las Vegas


Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing design for a new two-story 55,000 square foot 120-unit skilled nursing facility.

Provides post-acute rehab and long term care services for a growing senior population.

Additionally, the facility features a 24 bed ventilation wing which includes connections for medical gas and greater level of care.

Garmin AT Addition


Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing design for this new facility that has offices and support spaces for up to 150 engineers and a call center for more than 200 staff.

Two-story skylit spaces in the center of the building support collaboration and fill the building with daylight.


Situated around a newly-designed sports field, the building creates a cohesive campus supportive of Garmin’s goal of providing a dynamic and innovative work environment.

The building features 100% LED interior and exterior lighting.

State-of-the-art digital lighting controls interconnected with common CAT5 data cabling were utilized for occupancy sensing, manual dimming, and automatic daylight dimming, as well as being integrated with the building’s Energy Management System for nighttime sweeps.

A 300 kW diesel generator provides code-required emergency backup as well as owner-requested standby backup.

Daimler Trucks – Saltillo Mexico LED Lighting

Electrical design and specifications for upgrading the existing large truck manufacturing plant lighting from inefficient metal halide high bay fixtures to 3000 efficient and long-life LED high bay fixtures, reducing lighting energy consumption by at least 50%, as well as reducing lamp-change maintenance costs.
