Portland's Walk of the Heroines - Phase 1 Portland, Oregon Located at the juncture of Portland State University and the South Park Blocks, the Walk of the Heroines adds to the city's growing array of cultural attractions and provide a civic gathering place for public events. MFIA Inc. provided electrical  engineering services for pathway lighting, under-bench lighting, and water feature lighting. Next we will design phase 2 which includes stage lighting and an informational kiosk.

University Park Community Center - LEED Gold Portland, Oregon Provided mechanical and electrical engineering services for a number of renovations and additions, including 11,500 square feet of fitness/dance  and lobby area, 10,000 square foot gym, and exterior upgrades. Performed LEED documentation and energy simulations.

Independence Amphitheater Independence, Oregon Provided electrical/lighting engineering services for a new public amphitheater in downtown Independence. Included walkway/aisleway lighting, artistic element lighting, and power for portable stage.

Timberline Lodge Elevator Addition & Remodel Mount Hood, Oregon Provided mechanical and electrical engineering services for a the addition of an elevator in the historic Timberline Lodge, paying particular attention to maintaining the historic atmosphere of the beautiful building.

Eastbank Esplanade Ph 1,2, and 2b Portland, Oregon Bridge structures, floating walkways, and cantilevered pathways with unique lighting and power distribution challenges. Won a Consulting Engineers Council of Oregon (CECO) Honor Award in 1999, a 2000 Oregon American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA) Design Award, and an Illuminating Engineering Society (IES) IIDA Regional Award in 2001.

Overlook Memorial Park & Fountain Hood River, Oregon Provided mechanical and electrical engineering services for pump, filter, and treatment system, as well as for fountain and site lighting.

Salem Riverfront Park Salem, Oregon Provided mechanical and electrical engineering services for a new park including telephone service, street lighting, electrical service for park lighting and traffic signals, fountain plumbing, restroom facilities, and pavilion building.

Oregon Garden Display Pond Silverton, Oregon Provided mechanical and electrical engineering services for the main display pond.

Frenchman's Bar Park Vancouver, Washington Provided mechanical and electrical engineering services for a new park including restroom facilities, caretaker's residence, pump and filtration system for water play pool, electrical power and lighting for buildings and site.

Waterfront Park Underground Utilities Portland, Oregon Provided electrical engineering services for multiple underground electrical services along the entire length of the park. Project involved extensive coordination and joint trenching with utilities and other trades.
