Linn-Benton Community College Albany, Oregon Multipurpose Building - Provided electrical engineering services for a new 23,000 square foot multipurpose classroom building, including lighting, power, and information technology. Activities Building Remodel and Addition - Provided electrical engineering services for locker room remodel and fitness club type addition. Student Forum Building - Addition of 8,000 square feet to existing building. A new HVAC system was designed utilizing the central campus heating water and chilled water systems. A new electrical system was designed for the addition, and the existing communications systems was extended to serve the new area.

Oregon State University Corvallis, Oregon Cordley Hall Repiping - Provided mechanical engineering services for repiping of Cordley Hall, which included replacing existing domestic hot & cold water system with separate domestic and industrial hot and cold water systems in a 200,000 square foot biology building, and upgraded restrooms to meet ADA standards. Wiegand Hall Repiping - Provided mechanical engineering services for repiping of Wiegand Hall, which included repipe of an existing 50,000 square foot laboratory/classroom building, and upgraded restrooms to meet ADA standards. Weniger Hall Repiping - Provided mechanical engineering services for repiping of Weniger Hall, which included repipe of an existing 200,000 square foot laboratory/classroom building for two separate systems (domestic and industrial) to reduce backflow preventor inspections, and upgraded restrooms to meet ADA standards. Agricultural Sciences II Building - Provided mechanical engineering services for the Agricultural Sciences II Building, which included a new 200,000 square foot science/laboratory facility. Design included variable volume chemical fume hood exhaust system, perchloric acid exhaust system, RO/deionized laboratory water system, compressed air, natural gas, and laboratory vacuum systems. HVAC system was variable air volume with centrifugal chiller and cooling tower, utilizing central plant steam to generate heating water. Reser Stadium Improvements - Provided mechanical and electrical engineering services for Reser (formerly Parker) Stadium Improvements, including weight rooms, locker facilities, conference rooms, press boxes, and concession areas. Laboratory Theater - Provided mechanical and electrical engineering services for the Laboratory Theater, a 1600 square foot theater addition to Withycombe Hall. University Theater - Provided mechanical and electrical engineering services for the University Theater, a 9000 square foot remodel of an existing dairy laboratory in Withycombe Hall into a new theater, lobby, and toilet rooms.

Chemeketa Community College Salem, Oregon Student Life Building Addition (Building #2) Student Services Classroom Space (Building #22) - Provided electrical engineering services for remodel of 30,000 square feet consisting of offices, classrooms, and support areas for student services. Area also contains equipment and support areas for the campus-wide computer network system. Included indirect lighting. Student Services Remodel (Building #2) - Provided electrical engineering services for remodel of 70,000 square feet of existing learning resource center converted into offices, tutoring, and support areas for student services. Included indirect lighting, power, fire alarm systems.

Southwest Oregon Community College Coos Bay, Oregon Student Recreational Center - Provided mechanical and electrical engineering services for 40,000 square foot building. Oregon Coast Culinary Institute - Provided mechanical and electrical engineering services for 17,000 square foot building. Performing Arts Center (Empire Hall Addition) - Provided mechanical and electrical engineering services for 15,000 square foot addition, including an auditorium, stage, and support areas. Electrical scope included theatrical lighting system. Family Center - Provided mechanical and electrical engineering services for a new 7,000 square foot day care facility. One-Stop Shop Office Building - Provided mechanical and electrical engineering services for a new 35,000 square foot office building. Bookstore/Staff Office Building - Provided mechanical and electrical engineering services for a new 15,000 square foot bookstore/office building.
