services for a 7,100 square foot remodel including design of
5,600 square foot Class 10,000 clean room with gowning room
and material storage. Modifications of compressed air and
process vacuum systems.
Phase 2 Ink Cartridge Addition: Provided mechanical and
electrical design services for a 60,000 square foot addition
including 23,200 square feet and 8,000 square feet Class
10,000 clean rooms with supporting equipment spaces, material
storage, mechanical spaces and unclassified manufacturing
space. Mechanical systems included 4 process vacuum systems,
CDA, pure water, process waste, mold machine cooling water,
plant air, ink piping systems, process exhaust, air handling
systems, and chiller. Electrical systems included additional
electrical service, gutter distribution system for
manufacturing equipment, mold machine connections, lighting,
and fire alarm. |

LCD TFT Assembly: Provided mechanical design services
for a 11,700 square foot, Class 10,000 clean room for liquid
crystal display (LCD) assembly. Systems included air handlers
with hydronic heating and cooling coils, duct mounted
humidifiers and HEPA ceiling filters.
Engineering Lab: Provided mechanical design services
for a 4,000 square foot, Class 100 clean room including low
temperature chilled water system, heating water system, CDA
system, process cooling water system, and process vacuum
system. Air handling systems included make-up air with
humidification and dehumidification and recirculating air
handlers with direct drive plug fans and HEPA ceiling modules.
Process Technology Lab: Provided mechanical design
services for a 2,000 square foot Class 100 clean room and
remodel of existing unimproved office space. Included new
scrubbed exhaust and process vacuum systems and expansion of
house vacuum system. Air was supplied by recirculating air
handlers with chilled water coils and HEPA ceiling modules.
Sharp Laboratories of America Building: Provided mechanical
design services for a 55,000 square foot office building. |
