Pamcorp Aircraft Hangars Portland International Airport; Portland, Oregon    Provided mechanical and electrical engineering services for two wide-body aircraft maintenance hangars and support offices covering a total of 300,000 square feet. Systems included aircraft painting, AFFF fire protection systems, flammable vapor exhaust, four 5000 gpm fire pumps, compressed air, electrical utilities in Class 1 Div 1 in-floor service pits, and hangar, parking lot and apron lighting.

Cargo #5 Apron Extension Washington Dulles International Airport, Washington D.C.   Designed apron edge and taxiway edge lighting system extensions and modifications.

AFCO Air Cargo Facility -  Albany Airport Albany, New York Provided mechanical and electrical engineering services for a new 50,000 square foot air cargo facility for multiple tenants. Included sorting areas, offices, and maintenance shops.

Cargoport Building #3 - Austin Airport Austin, Texas   Provided mechanical and electrical engineering services for a new 18,000 square foot air cargo facility for multiple tenants.

Snow Equipment Maintenance & Storage Building - Eugene Municipal Airport Eugene, Oregon Provided mechanical and electrical engineering services for a new 9,000 square foot vehicle maintenance and storage building including offices and locker rooms. Systems designed include vehicle grease and oil lubrication systems, compressed air, and carbon monoxide exhaust system. Electrical systems included vehicle wash pump controls, interior and exterior lighting, power, telephone/data provisions, and crane power. Included a 30 kW emergency generator.

Airport Terminal Expansion - Redmond Municipal Airport Redmond, Oregon Provided mechanical and electrical engineering services for a 23,000 square foot expansion of the two-story terminal building and site parking. Complete site lighting and power, building lighting and power, HVAC, plumbing, and fire sprinkler.
