Assisted Living Projects
MFIA, Inc. has designed mechanical and electrical systems for well over
175 assisted living facilities up to 120,000 square feet in size. The
majority are located in Oregon, Washington, and California, but other locations
include Idaho, Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, and Texas. Some facilities include
Alzheimer's Care wings, but all were designed for independent and/or assisted
elderly living. Special attention was given to electrical and mechanical systems
to provide low-maintenance systems, with a residential feel and comfort.

150-unit Alzheimer Care and Assisted Living Facility.
